PESCO at a glance

P-ESCO’s team has the experience of non-profit and for-profit organizations that has developed large and small scales training programs, contributed in community development interventions, women support activities, child protection and returnee/internally displaced persons supports.

The experienced trainers conduct trainings considering adult education standards with measurable improvements in performance of participants. Training program in P-ESCO is being designed that not only include developing and delivering quality training services, but also design and monitoring and evaluation of training as part of quality improvement interventions is part of organization’s training services.

The organization has successfully managed small-scale vocational training activities, awareness raising campaigns, human rights, women and child social protection, WASH and grass-root development activities. The organization so far has been financially and technically supported by ASGP, USAID, ZOA refugee care, German Cooperation, Afghan Civil Society and the Afghan Independent Commission of Human Rights.
